*The prevailing torque nuts can be divided into two main categories, namely all metal and nylon insert. All metal prevailing torque        locknuts get the feature of prevailing torque when the threads are distorted at the top of the nut. On the other hand, the nylon inserts torque prevailing nuts have nylon or any other polymer insert that helps achieve a prevailing torque.
