Ring groove core rivet national standard for the core rivet, also known as Lock rivet or Lock (Lock-BOM) bolt, is the use of Hooke's law principle, with the rivet special equipment will be used to clamp the 2 binding pieces, will be set into the ring sleeve ring (or nut without thread) of the metal extrusion and filled with a number of ring groove of the bolt column, A fastening method that tightly binds the collar to the bolt.
Working method:
1. Place the single side of the rivet on the member with the hole locked, insert the nail core into the head of the rivet gun, and the head of the gun must be the end face of the rivet.
2. Pull the riveting operation until the opposite side of the rivet expands and the nail core is pulled off.
3. The riveting is finished.
