What is the Double fold self-locking washer?
              Self-locking gasket Self-locking works very simply. It consists of two gaskets. The outer surface is radially convex and the inner surface is helical tooth. 
When the assembly, the inner helical tooth surface is relative, the outer radial convex surface and the contact surface at both ends into the occlusion state, when the connecting piece is vibrated, and the loosening trend of the bolt, only allow the relative dislocation between the inner helical tooth surface of the two gaskets, produce lifting tension, so as to achieve 100% locking effect. Self-locking gasket is not only a loose lock device, but also a high load lock device, which can be used in all strong vibration environment. If self-locking washers are properly used and installed, nuts and bolts do not need to be retightened to ensure fastener safety.
